Best smoked meats
By Kevin W Grover on April 26, 2017
"I have a Weber smoker and love it , but. I have always wrapped my meats in aluminum at about the halfway point to get the meat juicy and tender, and not too smoky. I read an article online about pink butcher paper and thought I would give it a try. This paper has changed the way I smoke pork shoulder, brisket, and even ribs. This paper keeps the meat safe from too much smoke and does baste the meat like foil. I can promise you this, if you try the pink butcher paper you will never go away from it."
High-Grade Paper

"Works very well. Comes with a protective hard cardboard sleeve to protect paper from getting torn up in transit, which is great in the trailer. Don't have to worry about roll falling off shelf and unrolling or being torn up in case it falls. the paper is heavy gauge and works very well. Also FDA approved to be used with food products, if your going to wrap with paper might as well get the good stuff, The e-book that comes with it might be alright for the beginner griller, but when they say to light your coals with lighter fluid I just closed it out. Overall great product, will buy again, would recommend"
Great Helper and Flavor Keeper
By Raymond Morgan on June 24, 2017
"The Peach butcher paper works fantastic. It gets the meat over the "cool stop. very efficiently. Works like a dream and helps to make cleanup better. I wrapped the meat in the Peach Butcher Paper, set it in an aluminium pan and set it back in the smoker. End result, the appleewood flavor and smoke came through the Peach Butcher Paper and flavored the pork fantastic. Shipping time was perfect. Ordered on Wednesday evening got it on Friday afternoon, for cooking on early Saturday. I will order again when I run low on Peach Butcher Paper."
Perfect for smoking meat
By Becky Laswell on June 20, 2017
"We got this for smoking brisket on our offset snoker. There's a great weight to the paper -- thick enough to hold things in but thin enough to handle (unlike the kraft-paper weight I tried previously). The thing I love most might sound strange, but it's fantastic-- the paper comes in a tube with end caps. My husband can use what he needs, then put it neatly away, where it won't get dirty between uses."
